The first thing to do to create an order is to go to the dedicated page which can be reached by clicking here.

1) Put the link of the product
you want to purchase inside the box

2) Insert information about shipping
address and order holder

3) Enter the amount you want to pay
and choose the payment method

4) Click on "share link"
to share the link for payment

For the completion of a payment split, there is a time limit (ranging from 15 minutes to 24 hours), which depends on which site the product or service is being purchased from (it cannot be manually set, but One2split always sets the maximum time to complete an order). If the payment cannot be completed (due to insufficient funds or stock depletion), all the money will be automatically refunded to the rightful owners. If desired, the order can be recreated immediately.

If you want to cancel an order and obtain a refund of all amounts automatically, only the creator of the order can do it. At the time of creating the order, the creator will receive an email containing the link to cancel an order and/or cancel individual payments (with their consequent refund).
